솔송주
This yakju is 13% alcohol and made with rice, nuruk, water, and pine needle extract. It is made by Korean Master Brewer no. 27 Heung Seon Park and this yakju is labeled as a cultural asset (GyeongsanNam-Do cultural asset no. 35) so it is very special.
This has a very rich smell, like wet hay. The taste was clean, light, with a touch of syrupiness that wasn’t over powering. It was sweet with a light taste of pine and was over all a light and refreshing drink.
Pairs well with light foods such as salads or rillettes.
